NFPA 72 — Fire Alarm System Inspection
Annual fire alarm inspections required by NFPA 72 and your local fire code. Our licensed technicians test every component of your fire alarm system and provide a complete written report.

- Notification appliances (horns, strobes, speakers)
- Fire alarm control panel (FACP)
- Battery backup systems

Deliverable: Complete NFPA 72 inspection report accepted by your local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) and fire department.
NFPA 25 — Fire Sprinkler System Inspection
Annual and 5-year fire sprinkler inspections for wet pipe, dry pipe, deluge, and pre-action systems. Required by NFPA 25 and enforced by local AHJs and insurance carriers.
Annual Inspection Includes
- Visual inspection of all sprinkler heads and piping
- Control valve inspection and testing
- Alarm valve, check valve, and pressure gauge testing
- Inspector’s test valve flow test
- Backflow preventer inspection
- Pump testing (if applicable)
5-Year Internal Inspection
Internal pipe inspection required every 5 years per NFPA 25. Identifies corrosion, debris, and MIC (microbiologically influenced corrosion) that could block sprinkler flow.
